French born Eric Lanlard is an award-winning master patissier and international baking star and author of eight books.
Eric has presented four prime time television programmes including ‘Glamour Puds’ and ‘Baking Mad’. His latest venture has been to design a themed series of Afternoon Teas for the prestigious Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel in Knightsbridge, London.
Eric’s glamorous London HQ, Cake Boy, is home to a popular cookery school alongside a coffee and patissierie lounge. When he isn’t flying across the globe for creating breathtaking cakes for numerous A List celebrities, there is nowhere else that Eric would rather be.
In 2015 Eric set sail aboard the new P&O cruise ship, Britannia, as one of their Food Heroes alongside Marco Pierre White, James Martin and Atul Kochhar.
